„As you like it“ – every day our chef Arnold Paris and his team prepare various culinary titbits with a lot of care. A combination of South Tyrolean cooking and Mediterranean dishes will rend your visit at the Ganischgerhof a special experience. You can decide every day spontaneously whether to choose from our à la carte menu or to order our “As you like it”- Gourmet halfboard menu. Moreover feel free to choose between restaurant, stube, lounge or SPA & Garden Bar as appropriate ambient for your aperitif, lunch or dinner following our moto “As you like it”:

Ganischgerhof on

You can get to Ganischgerhof by car via the Brenner motorway A 22 (exit Bozen-Nord); then drive approx. 500 m in the direction of Bolzano (Bozen) along the Brenner road (SS 12) to the new access road to Eggental; turn right, drive around the roundabout and turn off into the new tunnel leading to Eggental (SS 241).
Now continue on Eggentaler Staatsstraße; turn right in the village of Birchabruck in the direction of Deutschnofen; after approx. 5 minutes, you will get to another crossroads; turn right here again in the direction of Deutschnofen. Just before Deutschnofen, you will see Ganischgerhof on the left-hand side.

By train to Bolzano station. From the bus station (opposite the train station), several buses a day go to Deutschnofen all year round. For our guests we offer free transfer from and to Bolzano.

By plane to Bolzano (25 km), Innsbruck (150 km), Verona (180 km), Venice (240 km), Milan (300 km) and Munich (320 km). We will also be glad to organise upon request the transfer from Munich, Verona, Milan or other airports.
